First Class Recorded Delivery within the UK is £3.99.
International Signed For Delivery is £13.99.
We ensure all items are posted by First Class Recorded Delivery within the UK and are fully insured and tracked.
For Internatioanal customers items are sent by International Signed for Delivery, which also includes tracking and insurance. As soon as payment is made, we aim to dispatch your item by the following day.
UK shipping usually takes between 1-5 days to arrive.
International Signed For Delivery takes between 5-10 days to arrive.
We accept payment by Paypal and Paypal Express checkout.
If you would like to cancel your order please notify us by email immediately.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we promise to refund you for any item purchased, for any reason as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt under the following rules:-
- We must be notified by email of your wish to return the item within 3 working days. Under the distance selling regulations you have a 7 day cooling off period from the receipt of the goods but you must inform us of your wish to cancel the transaction.
- The item must be returned in the conditon in which it was purchased. We appreciate that you need to try an item on, just don't try it on on a night out! Any items damaged by make-up/perfume/smoke will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession throughout the cancellation period.
- We request that you return the goods with the original packaging and with the original tags in tact.
When you return the item:-
- Please include your name and address in with the parcel so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. As long as we have this information we guarantee to refund you within 3 working days by the same method that you paid.
- Please note that shipping costs are to be paid by you, and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us safely. For this reason we recommend you use a trackable service.
We are happy to accept exchanges for items which have been bought in our store, e.g. if an item is the wrong size etc.
Please follow the instructions below when exchanging an item:-
- Firstly, please send us a message via our email and tell us which item you wish to exchange. We will hold the item for you for up to 7 days.
- Next, return the original item to us in its original condition by some form of trackable delivery.
- Once we receive the item for exchange we will dispatch your replacement.
If the replacement item is more expensive you will need to pay the difference, if it is less we, will refund the difference.
Please note that international customers will need to pay return postage at the advertised rate for the replacement item for all exchanges.
All exchanges are subject to the replacement item being available and in stock.
We know that you want your goods to fit, and to avoid having to send goods back for refunds or exchanges, please feel free to ask for any other relevant measurements/information before purchasing an item.

Sizes of garments can vary somewhat between manufacturers i.e. the bust/waist/hip measurements of a size 10 garment from one manufacturer (for example), can differ from the bust/waist/hip measurements of a size 10 garment from another manufacturer.
We therefore provide the physical bust, waist, and hip measurements, in addition to the generic UK/US/European size, in each of our listings.
All physical garment measurements (bust, waist, length, etc) are provided in inches.
If you are between sizes it is best to purchase an item based on the physical measurement of the bust/waits/hips, rather than the standard UK/US/European size. Also, please contact us if you need any further information and/or measurements.
